Hope Performance Tennis Inc. Congratulates Asamoah Gyan


The leadership and management of Hope Performance Tennis Inc. a tennis foundation committed to the development of young people through tennis wishes to congratulate Asamoah Gyan on his new signing to the India Super League where he will be joining the North East United FC.

We were thrilled by the presence, participation and support of Asamoah Gyan at the 2nd edition of the Hope Performance Tennis Clinic and Club Tournament that took place from the 4th to the 7th of September 2019 at the Accra sports stadium that brought together over 600 kids from five regions in Ghana to participate in a tennis transformative program that holds much promise in the development of young people especially those in vulnerable situation.

We are confident that Baby Jet will once again do great exploits at his new club and bring glory to the nation. Once again we extend our goodwill and prayers to the all-time leading goal scorer and philanthropist.

GTF FIRST BATCH OF STAKEHOLDER MEETING HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL

The newly elected Executives of the Ghana Tennis Federation (GTF) under the leadership of Mr. Isaac Aboagye Duah true to their words on Friday 1 st November 2019 held its first batch of a series of stakeholder meeting intended to feed into a four year strategic plan of the governing body. Close to 40 participants made up of Board members, representatives of players, coaches, officiating officials, wheelchair tennis and foundations attended the meeting which was undoubtedly a huge success. The forum afforded the stakeholder bodies the opportunity to review the performance of the old board and to proffer ideas and solutions to address the challenges of tennis in the country. The much anticipated program on the Ghanaian tennis calendar, the Hope Performance Tennis Clinic and Club Tournament took place in the first week of September at the Accra Sports Stadium tennis courts from Wednesday the 4 th of to the 7 th of September 2019 from 8am to 4pm each day with over 600 kids from 5 regions of Ghana participating in the life changing tennis program that seeks to empower young people through the game of tennis.
